Introduction

In this tutorial, we'll configure 2 Factor Authentication to generate one-time passcodes.
NOTE: This is not the complete process. Once a user has enrolled themselves for 2FA a company admin or ITOC Support can then change your managed desktop account over to a secure desktop which will require 2FA login.

Generate Barcode

1. Login to MyITonCloud https://my.itoncloud.com

2. Under More Settings for your account, click on Add.

3. On the following screen, click on Enable Two-Step Verification to generate barcode.

4. Once the code is generated, open Google authenticator App to scan the barcode. The account will be added to Google Authenticator App and generate your one-time passcode.

See the next step below on how to install/configure Google Authenticator App

Install Google Authenticator App and Scan Barcode

Android Devices

1. Download Google Authenticator App from PlayStore. Once Google Authenticator is installed, click open to start the App.

2. Click Begin to start the account configuration.

3. Click on Scan a barcode. The scanner will be open then scan a barcode generated for your account in MyITonCloud.

Apple Devices

1. Download Google Authenticator app from AppStore. Once Google Authenticator is installed, click open to start the App.

2. Click Begin to start the account configuration.

3. Click on Scan barcode. The scanner will be open then scan a barcode generated for your account in MyITonCloud.

At this point, an administrator will have to change your account over to use the secure managed desktop. Once they have done that, you will login using the URL https://secure.itoncloud.com (rather than the traditional https://gateway.itoncloud.com)

This login screen will ask for your username and password as usual, plus the one time password which is the PIN code shown in the google authenticator app.
