Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on File in Outlook and ‘Add Account’;

  2. Type the account you want to add, select Exchange and click ‘Next’ and ‘OK’ to complete the process. Setting up Outlook on your mobile is optional;

  3. You could be prompted to re-enter your newly added email credentials. Select 'Use a different account', re-enter the credentials, tick the box to ‘Remember my credentials’ and click ‘OK’;

  4. Your new account will be available in Outlook at the end of this guide
